Course Description
Today's appraisers face growing pressure to integrate AI tools into their workflow. This course explores how artificial intelligence can support best practices throughout the appraisal process—from research and data gathering to report writing and compliance.

You'll move beyond simple chatbot interactions to learn effective prompt engineering techniques, including the contextual patterns that produce reliable, relevant results. We'll compare Gemini and ChatGPT, examining their similarities, differences, and practical applications for appraisal work. The course also covers how these tools can help you navigate the transition to the UAD 3.6 format.

Instructor
Hansel Dobbs is a Certified Residential Appraiser and the General Manager of Valuations at Inspectify. With over 20 years of experience and a 2nd generation appraiser, Hansel has served as Chief Appraiser for major firms and sits on the board of the Association of Texas Appraisers.
