7 Hour National USPAP Update Course 2022-2023
This course includes a “Fair Housing Update: Critical New Information for Appraisers”. It also zeros in on a detailed discussion of USPAP Violations and Content of USPAP. As our profession evolves the expectations of our clients change. The way we complete our reports change making USPAP an ever evolving document. We will cover the changes that have occurred and also touch on what to expect in the future. Finally, we will look at the document through Case Studies and how to solve the problems they pose so that we can apply solutions to our daily practice.
Students MUST bring their 2020-2021 USPAP book to Class or buy an e-copy online as the USPAP itself is the same one you purchased/used and studied in 2020, 2021 and 2022. There is a very limited number of USPAP books available at the class for a discounted member price of $50 and $75 for non-members.
