Course Description

This webinar will provide each attendee with a basic body of knowledge for the preparation or review of a real property appraisal involving undeveloped residential subdivision land and/or developed lots within a residential subdivision.  Even if just a single residential lot is involved, this offering provides important insights for residential practitioners.

This is not a “how-to value” webinar, but will include the following important takeaways:

- Understand  Important Physical and Legal Characteristics & Restrictions

- Understand the Basic Methods of Site & Lot Valuation

- See the “Big Picture” – Understand the Life Cycle of Subdivision Land

- Recognize Atypical Land/Lot Transactions when encountered

Included throughout the presentation are recommended best practices when researching, analyzing, documenting and appraising this property type.
