Mr. Hahn has considerable experience as a valuation expert for estate and gift tax purposes, eminent domain, diminution in value, bankruptcy, tax appeal, and family law situations. TEACHER BIO
Bruce Hahn is a real estate analyst specializing in appraisals for tax appeal, dissolution, eminent domain, estate, and tax planning situations. He has over thirty years of valuation and consulting experience with all types of real estate including residential, apartment, office, industrial, retail, special purpose and agricultural properties. Currently he focuses on data visualization techniques to analyze market influences on the value of real property.
Mr. Hahn has over 2,000 hours of specialized appraisal education, has been awarded the MAI and SRA designations by the Appraisal Institute and is a Counselor of Real Estate. He is licensed in California as a Real Estate Broker and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and is a Past President (2005) of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Bruce Hahn has extensive experience preparing real estate appraisals for estate and tax planning, family law, eminent domain, tax appeal, and diminution in market value purposes.
