This is the 2022-2023 USPAP Class which will be offered LIVE. The USPAP publication (currently the 2020-2021 USPAP Book) is required for the class. You MUST have a copy of the 2020-2021 Book with you at the class. Don't have a 2021-2022 USPAP book - Printed books are available for purchase ($75.00).
Already own the 2021-2021 USPAP Book ? You may bring your book with you , but please note “ONLY THE 2020-2021 USPAP book IS ACCEPTABLE. Earlier versions are not.”
Have an electronic copy? Electronic copies are acceptable. If you choose to bring a computer with you to view the document on line, please be aware that we cannot guarantee a reliable Internet connection or that there will be enough power outlets for participants. It is suggested that you bring your own power cords and extension cords for class. If you have an electronic copy be prepared to show the event staff at registration your electronic copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP Book.
This new USPAP class requires three Appraisal Foundation publications. The aforementioned 2020-2021 USPAP Book The 7-Hour USPAP Student Manual (included with class) USPAP Reference Manual (included with class)
Class includes the current Student Manual, Reference Manual and continental breakfast. LUNCH is INCLUDED.
Instructor Bio
Ken graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and an Associate Degree in Physical Science from American River College in Sacramento, California. He entered the real estate field in 1979 and is a real estate broker for Hunsinger Realty. Ken has been an instructor teaching all over the northern California area for Acheson Appraisal, FREA, and the Real Estate Appraisers Association. He currently has his own classes approved for continuing education credit. Ken served as president of REAA Sacramento for three years.
