This is the required, 4 hour, Federal & California State Laws and Regulations Class that every licensed and certified appraiser must take every 4 years. There is a mandated 20 question, open book test immediately following the class. Trainees must also take this course to obtain their Trainee License.

This class incorporates all recent updates and changes in both federal and state laws and regulations including specific sections on supervisor-trainee requirements for credit hours as well as recent changes regarding bias and cultural competency.  Students will gain insight into the most recent changes and its impact on their appraisal practice. Actual case studies will be discussed to help appraisers review specific BREA violations that will help appraisers ensure their current practices are in compliance with both federal and state laws.
