In this presentation, Matt Johnson, Communications Director at SFREP, will break down the why and what behind the new UAD 3.6 dynamic report. He will also demonstrate its functionality in Appraise-It Pro, Software for Real Estate Professionals (SFREP) and its flagship software suite, providing real estate appraisers with valuable insights into its practical application.  They have programmed it so that it will be similar in how you fill out a report now which may help shorten the learning curve for the new URAR and UAD 3.6.

This is an opportunity for appraisers to see how one software company is implementing the new URAR and the new UAD 3.6 for appraisers.  SFREP is currently offering a 6-month free trial to try out their software.

Important Note: This is a non-CE class.

Matt Johnson is the Communications Director at SFREP, where he has dedicated 19 years to leading marketing initiatives, overseeing training webinars, and managing the company’s social media presence. A Charlotte native, Matt earned his B.S. in Communications from Western Carolina University. After spending 18 years in the Asheville area, he and his wife, Bethany, returned to Charlotte in 2023, where they now reside with their beloved dog, Penny.
