Come join us for 3 Round Table Discussions on 3 timely  topics affecting appraisers:  The class will be free to current members as our way of saying Thank You to our members. 
  
1. LOU RUSERT will lead a discussion about integrating  the New URAR.UAD form into our daily practice. What tools are out there to lend us a hand?

2.  BRUCE J FORD will lead the discussion on data analysis and interpretation as well as demonstrate how tools like Excel, Sparks and DataMaster can help appraisers provide data-driven market analysis and adjustment support.  He will also show how he uses these tools in his appraisal practice to streamline his workflow while providing credible supportable appraisal reports.   Appraisers should come to this session, with a basic understanding of MLS Exports tool (BAREIS) and Data Mapping.

3. CORINA ROLLINS will lead a discussion on valuing easements including insight into how one owner's value may reasonably be very different from the opposing party's.  How can an appraiser recognize, and adjust for, these "fudgy" situations?

Also, after the class, REAA will have the annual election and the 25th REAA Anniversary Celebration with a free catered luncheon and recognition.  Current, past and future REAA members in addition to the attendees of the class are invited to the luncheon!  Join us in celebrating this important milestone for REAA which is only possible because of YOUR support!!
