Class Description

Have you ever been asked to appraise just part of a property—or value land for a lot line adjustment—and weren’t quite sure where to start? If so, this is the class for you!

Learn how to confidently handle partial acquisitions, easements, and eminent domain assignments with clarity, consistency, and professional confidence. Join our upcoming course, Appraising the In-Between: Parcels, Easements, Partitions, & Lot Line Adjustments, and learn how to develop a solid scope of work, understand the basics of eminent domain, and confidently value partial fee and easement interests. Through real-world case studies, you’ll gain the tools to diversify your appraisal services and meet the evolving needs of your clients. Don’t miss this chance to elevate your expertise and expand your professional opportunities!
