Steve Salmon is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with Garland & Salmon, Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants. He specializes in valuing a wide range of property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and development land. Steve has extensive experience with eminent domain, easement, and fractional interest valuations, as well as conservation and special-purpose properties. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and served as the 2022 President of the Northern California Chapter, where he continues to serve on the Board as Immediate Past President. With decades of hands-on experience, Steve brings practical insight and depth to this unique REAA learning opportunity.
