Would you like to slash revisions request by your clients?
Did you ever wonder how different parties review your report and what tools they use ?
Make My Report Shine: Slash Revision Requests walks learners through the life of an appraisal
report as it passes through manual screenings, automated review systems/tools, escalated
reviews, formal appraisal reviews, and even periodic or annual spot-check reviews.
Even homeowners and agents, who do not perform formal review processes, will forward their questions
and issues to the lender, which simply adds to questions the lender may already have. Many times,
the issues result in revision requests, reconsiderations of value, or other actions or discussions.
How do many of these parties arrive at a decision ?
What types of screening processes do they conduct to reveal deficient or questionable appraisal work?
How do these parties decide to submit a complaint to the state ?
How do complaints turn into full investigations by state regulators ?
The class will examine case studies so they can learn how to write smarter and proactive appraisal reports, to eliminate errors and questions about their work produce. Participants will learn how to effectively communicate to the reader their appraisal conclusions.
Note: Per our agreement with the instructor no recording of this class will be made available to class participants.
