This is the Foundation's 7 Hour USPAP Course - The first Part of the Class emphasizes the importance of Public Trust and what that means to us as appraisers and to the public. From there an overview of the Changes to USPAP include both changes to and modifications of definitions and Standard Rules. Requirements related to Anti-discrimination Laws are specificially addressed. Integral to the class are interactive questions and case studies that help to illuminate the challenges we face in appraising today. Discussion of the newly restructured USPAP material is also integral to the course. The Class Fee includes Lunch and the New USPAP Book (2024) as well as the Student Manual An the 2024 USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual. Any signups over 25 will have to provide their own materials and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

The Instructor is Corina Rollins, a long time Board Member, College Teacher, Certified Residential Appraiser, and Foundation Certified USPAP Instructor. She is also a Marin County Assessment Appeals Officer and has written many classes for the REAA over the years.
