This is the new 2022-2023 USPAP Class which will be offered LIVE (subject to Sacrament County events protocol).
The USPAP publication (currently the 2020-2021 USPAP Book) is required for the class. You MUST have a copy of the 2020-2021 Book with you at the class. Printed books are available for purchase ($75.00). Electronic copies are acceptable, please let the event staff know at registration that you have an electronic copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP Book.
This new USPAP class requires three Appraisal Foundation publications.

The 7-Hour USPAP Student Manual (included with class)
USPAP Reference Manual (included with class)
Class includes the current Student Manual, Reference Manual, continental breakfast,
and lunch.
The instructor is Ken Hunsinger, past president of the REAA Sacramento Chapter.
