Welcome to REAA! We are a non-profit organization proudly run by appraisers, for appraisers.  We offer online and in-person education as well as invaluable local networking opportunities.  We have been the hub for California’s real estate appraisal professionals since 1999. 

REAA brings together California appraisers of all backgrounds, specialties, and skill levels.  Our resources can help keep you up to date, educated, and connected.  We provide discounted continuing education credits (including USPAP) to our members.

Our classes feature experts in a variety of fields including valuation methods, regulatory issues, appraiser liability, and changing USPAP requirements.  Sharpen your skills, make new connections, or give back by serving on a chapter board or volunteering your time and expertise with one of our educational or program committees.  Whether you have been in the industry for decades or are just starting out, there is an opportunity to grow in REAA!
