Become an REAA Member

REAA is your source to communicate with other appraisers, review appraisers, lenders, and credit unions. Membership is open to all appraisers in good standing with their state licensing agencies as well as affiliate members throughout the real estate industry. 

We have multiple membership opportunities available!

  • Licensed Appraiser Member - Open to residential and commercial appraisers in good standing with their state licensing agency (Cost $150/yr). NEW! REAA is switching from calendar year memberships to 365 day memberships for appraiser members. Going forward, your membership in REAA will last for a full year, starting on the date of payment.
  • Trainee Appraiser Member - Open to appraiser trainees (FREE for 2024)
  • Organizational Membership - Open to state licensing agencies or other such organizations ($500/yr)
  • Real Estate Affiliate Member (NON-APPRAISERS ONLY) - Open to real estate professionals interested in the appraisal profession, but do not hold an appraisal license or the equivalent (FREE)

Event Registration

If you'd like to attend an event but are not a member, click Create Account at the top of your screen and choose the Free Website Profile option to create a profile.  

 

Event Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted by email to info@reaa.org and must be dated and timed prior to the close of online registration.  Refund fees will apply and vary by event.  Refunds will be made to the original credit card used to register.
