Kimberlee has been a resident of Sacramento for almost 20 years. She moved to the region in her early 20s and was excited by the growth and development that Sacramento was venturing on. Over the last 15 years, Kimberlee worked in the hospitality industry, at many of the wonderful restaurants that make up the farm to fork faces of Sacramento. Her last position before changing industries, was at the California State University of Sacramento. As an event planner, where she supervised a diverse student work team, and coordinated with multiple departments throughout campus.
Kimberlee was first exposed to the residential appraisal world by her aunt and uncle and remembers taping hard copy pictures into reports, and photo copying Thomas guide pages to mark out comps. She is currently an appraiser trainee who is near the completion of her supervised trainee hours, and is preparing to take her Certified Residential Appraiser Exam. Kimberlee is fortunate to be training under the supervision of two Certified Residential Appraisers, both of which have over 20 years of experience in the greater Sacramento area. There combined knowledge has given her a diverse insight on the pluses and minuses of the industry, exposing her to financial lending and private party work. When Kimberlee is not studying for exams or working reports, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, fishing, reading, or watching the Las Vegas Raiders.
