Amy Parker
Chapter President
Amy is the owner of Appraise it Today Inc and Values by Amy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from CSU, Sacramento in Business Administration and has been in the appraisal industry for over 20 years. Her primary focus is the valuation of residential properties in the Greater Sacramento area for estate planning, family law matters, fiduciaries, realtors, investors, homeowners & lenders (FHA & Conventional). In addition, she serves as an expert witness in Sacramento & Placer counties in family court. Amy visits real estate offices throughout the Sacramento region with the hope of educating real estate agents on the appraisal process, how appraisers tackle valuation & what we are required to do under USPAP & other institution requirements. When she is not appraising homes, she’s out wine tasting, stand-up paddle boarding, or co-leading the Hands up for Hooters walking group that raises money for breast cancer research. Amy is happy to be serving as Chapter President of REAA in Sacramento for the 2023 term.

Rob Perez
Chapter Vice President
Rob Perez has been involved in the appraisal industry since 1998. He began his career as an appraisal assistant while he was in college working towards his business degree. When he and Renee moved to California after graduation, he went to work with his computer networking knowledge for a startup appraisal company that grew nationwide. Additionally, he serves his fellow appraisal colleagues on the board of the Real Estate Appraiser Association Sacramento Chapter as Past President and as Treasurer for the REAA Corporate Board. Rob is a Designated Member of the National Association of Appraisers and a 2020 graduate of the Leadership Roseville program sponsored by the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kimberlee Greenwood
Chapter Secretary
Kimberlee has been a resident of Sacramento for almost 20 years. She moved to the region in her early 20s and was excited by the growth and development that Sacramento was venturing on. Over the last 15 years, Kimberlee worked in the hospitality industry, at many of the wonderful restaurants that make up the farm to fork faces of Sacramento. Her last position before changing industries, was at the California State University of Sacramento. As an event planner, where she supervised a diverse student work team, and coordinated with multiple departments throughout campus.
Kimberlee was first exposed to the residential appraisal world by her aunt and uncle and remembers taping hard copy pictures into reports, and photo copying Thomas guide pages to mark out comps. She is currently an appraiser trainee who is near the completion of her supervised trainee hours, and is preparing to take her Certified Residential Appraiser Exam. Kimberlee is fortunate to be training under the supervision of two Certified Residential Appraisers, both of which have over 20 years of experience in the greater Sacramento area. There combined knowledge has given her a diverse insight on the pluses and minuses of the industry, exposing her to financial lending and private party work. When Kimberlee is not studying for exams or working reports, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, fishing, reading, or watching the Las Vegas Raiders.

Len Fishman
Chapter Treasurer
Len Fishman started his mortgage career with Imperial Savings and Loan in La Jolla, California in 1985 as a junior real estate appraiser. He was relocated to Sacramento, California in 1986 as a full-time real estate appraiser. He continued to work for various lending institutions until 1993 when he became an independent fee appraiser who eventually specialized in litigation support services including expert witness services. Len is currently employed by PHH Mortgage as Director of Operations and Chief Appraiser. Len and his wife live in Gold River, California, and have two adult sons. One is a successful songwriter living in Nashville and the other is a Captain in the U.S. Army currently stationed in Texas.
