President

Will is the owner of North Bay Appraisers, the best reviewed appraisal firm in the North Bay. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser, FHA approved, and an Accredited Green Appraiser serving Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and Lake counties. His firm focuses on complex property appraisals for estate, marital, fiduciary, investor, and lending purposes. As President of the REAA Bay Area Chapter, his mission is to assist members in becoming proficient with the latest tools and technology including AI, big data, and statistical analysis and reasoning. The appraisal industry is undergoing a period of structural change. He believes that while disruption is always difficult, it can also represent great opportunity.

Before entering the appraisal profession, Will had a 15 year career doing digital effects for big-budget Hollywood movies. During that time, he led a team at Sony Pictures to develop the company's first crowd simulation department. Will is also the author of numerous works of fiction including short stories, novellas, middle grade books, novels, and children's picture books.
