New Tools, New Reporting Standards. New Challenges.   Let’s talk about what’s happening now.

The appraisal profession is moving fast. Join fellow appraisers for an engaging, interactive course that tackles the changes already influencing your workflow, your research, and your reports.  Each discussion  kicks off with a focused presentation and follows with open candid round table conversation. Bring your questions, share your experiences, and discover how other appraisers are navigating the same challenges.

TOPIC # 1  AI IN ACTION—Practical Tools for Appraisers ( with roundtable discussion)

Instructor:  Will Cunningham, President REAA Bay Area Chapter

Where can AI save you time—and where does your professional judgment matter most? Explore practical ways today’s AI tools can support administrative tasks, data entry, analysis, and report development. After a formal presentation we will discuss what works, what needs verification, and how to approach confidentiality, guardrails, disclosure, and your responsibilities as an appraiser.  A round table discussion will follow.

TOPIC # 2 UAD 3.6—What’s New, What’s Next, and What It Means for You (with roundtable discussion)

Instructor:  Kyle Paquin, REAA Corporate Board Member & USPAP Instructor

The new UAD 3.6 report is here.   Kyle Paquin will provide the most up to date information UAD 3.6 and what they mean for your workflow, property descriptions, and report development.    Then information will be shared by appraisers using utilizing different software programs. Discussion will include success stories, and how to get through the report data compliance issues necessary to deliver your report.  Bring your questions, share your experiences, and compare approaches with fellow appraisers.  A round table discussion will follow.
